First Meeting of Executive Committee

18 April 2009:
First Meeting of new executive meeting was convened and held at Sai Sweets, Railway Road under the supervision of newly elected president Mr. Narendra Chawla. All the office bearers except Mr. Purushottam Sethi attended the meeting. Some new initiatives were launced after the acceptance from all the members. Among the various aspects of the meeting were:

1. Formation of all the subcommittees viz. Organizing Committees, Communication Committee, Chief Advisory Committee and Special Advisory Committee. The various subcommittees are comprised of :
   Chief Advisory Committee: Sh. Rajesh Garg, Sh. Rajesh Jain, Pt. Anil Shashtri
   Organizing Committee: Sh. Purushottam Sethi, Sh. Sanjay Jain, Sh. Praveen Singla, Sh. Surendra Sharma
   Communication Committee: Sh. Neeraj Kumar, Sh. Harish Miglani, Sh. Pawan Singla, Sh. Mukesh Jain
   Special Advisory Committee: Sh. Subhash Gupta, Sh. Vinod Gupta, Sh. Ishwar Garg, Dr. Mukesh Aggarwal, Sh. Satish Tyagi
2. Briefing of roles and responsibilities to all the members and committees of executive committee
3. Finalizing the schedule of installation ceremony
4. Discussion on new membership
5. Introduction of the idea of Personality Development Programme and Sunday Sports Flavour Team Challenge
6. Ideas to increase attendance in general meetings.
